This photographer's solution offers you control of setting your print pricing, automation of online order taking, automated payment processing, and automated order fulfillment and shipping.  This solution also allows you the option of  password protecting your client's photographs, so the images may only be viewed by your client and others with whom your client shares the password.  You may upload your high-resolution images in bulk which further adds to the time savings and convenience.  Because everything is on the Internet, it's available any time, and any day for your customers viewing and purchasing pleasure.

There are four steps in the creation of your online photography selling structure.

1. Reseller Account - the foundation of the solution that makes the control and customization possible.
2. Photo Album - the meat of the solution that allows you to upload photographs, allows your customers to purchase them, and automates the order fulfillment process.
3. Domain Name - the URL or Internet address of your online Photo Album store.
4. Set Your Print Pricing

1.  A Reseller Account ($89.99/year)

• A reseller account is an economical and convenient way to setup your merchant account and online shopping cart, all included.
• Based on the selections you make for your reseller account, your profits are either deposited directly into your checking account or otherwise delivered to you.
• The reseller account gives you the ability to set ALL the pricing for ALL the items offered.
• As a side benefit, the reseller account allows you to also sell domain names, hosting accounts and other Internet features to yourself, your family and friends - anyone.

2.  A Photo Album ($21.48/year)

• Create multiple customer galleries.
• Upload multiple photographs in a bulk upload process. Indidividual photographs may also be uploaded.
• Comes with 2.5GB of space and 150GB of bandwidth. Each additional 1GB of space is $0.20/month. Each additional 1000MB of data transfer is $1.49/month.
• Set your custom pricing for prints, frames and t-shirts, in a quick and easy to use spreadsheet-like table online.
• The option to set sale pricing for a given date range. Sale pricing starts and stops automatically based on the dates you enter.
• Upload high-resolution images for customers to view and select to purchase as prints and t-shirts.
• Give your customers choices of different frame types and sizes to be included with their order.
• The ability to password protect each gallery individually. Give your customer the password to their gallery, so they may view it and share the password with others.
• Orders are accepted from customers online. Items ordered are professionally printed and processed and shipped directly to the customer. None of your time is lost to order fulfillment.
• Your profits are deposited directly into your checking account or otherwise delivered to you, based on the selections you make for your reseller account.
• Three paper finishes are available for most print sizes: glossy, lustre and matte.
• Photographic prints are produced on Kodak professional photographic paper by EZprints.com. Glossy and matte finishes are printed on Kodak Edge paper, and lustre is printed on Kodak Supra Endura paper.
• Choose from more than 100 photo gallery themes for your Photo Album.
• Spend more time taking pictures and less time posting them for customers' view and purchase.
• T-shirts and frames are also available for your cusomters to purchase. These orders are also professional processed and shipped directly to your customer.

3.  A Domain Name
Your Photo Album is associated with a domain so your customers can access it on the Internet. If you use a domain name you already have, Photo Album will become a subdomain. If you don't already have a domain, you may purchase one from your own reseller account at a discount price.


4.  Set Your Retail Pricing

• Set your custom pricing for prints, frames and t-shirts. This is done in a quick and easy to use table online in your reseller account.
• You have the option to set sale pricing for a given time frame. Your sale prices will start and stop automatically based on the date range you enter.

The Process in More Detail

GET YOUR RESELLER ACCOUNT
Go to http://reseller.pro-epic.com and purchase a reseller account.

1. Click the "Select Basic Reseller" link, then click the "Buy Now" button. (You have an opportunity to select the Pro Reseller account if you wish.)
2. When Your Shopping Cart displays, verify the reseller plan is in your cart, select your payment method and put a checkmark beside Universal Terms of Service. Click the "Checkout Now" button.
3. Complete the name, demographics, and other information, then select the "Continue with Checkout" button. Note: The Login ID that is automatically populated on this screen will become the customer ID you use to login to your reseller account with Pro Epic.
4. Enter your billing information, confirm your order amount and click the "Checkout Now" button. You will receive an email regarding your order.

GET YOUR PHOTO ALBUM
When you create your reseller account, a customer account in your name is also created. This means you may purchase items from yourself (from your reseller account) at discount pricing. For the Photographer's Solution, you will purchase a Photo Album and a domain (unless you already own a domain).

First lookup your customer ID to access your own reseller account:

1. Access: https://www.resellercontrolcenter.com/login.aspx?target=Home.aspx
2. Use your reseller account ID and password, then select the "Secure Login" button.
3. Click the "My Customers" link on the main menu.
4. On the "Search for Customers" page, leave all the fields blank and select the "Lookup Customer" button.

Your name will appear, along with a Customer #. Please note: The customer # you see on this page is the one you will use to login and purchase items from yourself. (It is different from your reseller account customer ID.)

Example: Reseller Account with Pro Epic: Customer ID = 123 password = security1
Your Customer # with Your Own Reseller Account: Customer # = 342 password = security1

Initially both passwords will be the same. You may change them independently of one another if you wish.

Secondly, login to your reseller account and purchase the Photo Album:

1. Access your reseller store front and login using your Customer #.
2. On the main menu, hover over "Build a Website" then select "Photo Album" from the drop-down menu that displays.
3. Select a Photo Album plan, then click the "Add" button to add it to your shopping cart. (We suggest the 12 month plan.)
   
   If you don't own a domain, get one of those too.
4. On the main menu, click Domain Names.
5. Use the Enter a Domain Name box to search domain manes you like and find one that is available.
6. Place a checkmark beside the domain you want and click the "Continue" button.
7. Select the number of years you wish to have this domain.
8. In the "Select Checkout Preference" section, select "No thanks. I'm ready to checkout." and click the "Continue" button.
9. You may have the opportunity to add additional items to your cart. Click the "Continue" button.
10. When Your Shopping Cart displays, verify the Photo Album is in your cart (and Domain, if added), select your payment method and put a checkmark beside Universal Terms of Service. Click the "Checkout Now" button. Your billing demographic information will pre-populate for you, since you are logged-in.
11. Enter your credit card information and click the "Checkout Now" button. You will receive an email confirming your order.
12. You will be taken through screens to configure your Photo Album account.
13. Your Photo Album will have an Internet address that goes to it directly. So, part of the configuration process is to associate your Photo Album with a domain name. You may associate your Photo Album with a domain you already have, or use a domain you purchase from yourself.

SET PRICING FOR YOUR PHOTO ALBUM PRINTS  (and frames and t-shirts)

Here's How:

 

1. Access your Pro Epic reseller home page and login with your reseller customer number and password.
2. Under "My Products" select "Reseller."
3. Select the "Open" link for the Control Panel.
4. Select "Products and Pricing" from the main menu.
5. Scroll down to the "Products & Services" section and click on "Photo & Photo Related Products." The Photo Album related product and pricing grid will display.
6. Set "Your Retail" pricing to be the amount you want customers to pay. You may also set sale pricing along with sale start and end dates.
7. Select the "Apply" button to save your changes.

Here's What Your Customers May Purchase From You

Print Sizes
Your customers have a wide variety of print sizes from which to choose in your Photo Album store. If they select a print size that is too large to give them a quality print because the image's resolution won't support it, a message will display in red alerting them to that fact. When the customer selects a print size, the cropping of the image is previewed in their shopping cart on the screen. A mix of paper finishes may be included together in one order.
