An event calendar is easily one of the most useful features a church website can have. The calendar allows website visitors 24/7 access to the church schedule of events and happenings. The calendar is such an important feature, we include it in all church websites.*
The calendar is included in all Pro Epic church websites. It is not provided as a stand-alone application or service.

Calendar Features
- Create single, repeating, or all-day events.
- View the calendar in month view, weekly view, daily view, flat view or by category.
- Searchable by keyword(s), helping viewers quickly locate specific events.
- Create custom categories unique to your congregation/organization. (i.e. General, Children, Youth, Adult, Worship, Music, Sunday School, etc.)
- Categories are color-coded. Colors you choose are specific to each category. Events listed in the calendar will be marked by their respective color. This not only makes it easier to identify items, it also makes for an attractive calendar to view.
- Click a category to view events specific to that category.
- Display a list of upcoming events on any website page. One or multiple categories may be specified to be included in the list. For example, you may wish to display the upcoming events for the Children category only on the Children's Ministry page. However, you may choose to display upcoming events for all categories on the home page.
- Multiple instances of little mini-calendars may be displayed on pages throughout your website. In the mini-calendar, days having scheduled events are indicated by a different color. Clicking on a day in the mini-calendar will display that day's events.
- Pictures may be inserted into any calendar entry.
- Links to web pages may be included with any calendar event.
- If applicable, the e-mail address of a contact person may be added to an event entry, as well as other contact information.
- Events may be edited or deleted.
- Calendar event creation and management is performed only by those with the proper user permissions.
- Different levels of access and permission levels are possible with your website - calendar management included.
