Unless modified by mutual agreement, all of our quotes are based on flat and firm rates. Firm rates means that no additional charges will be added to the quoted rate without prior notification. The quoted rate will not change unless the scope of the project changes after work has started. The quoted rate will include all interviews, research and incidental out-of-pocket expenses that we may incur while working on your project. Normal incidental expenses may include telephone, fax, postage, courier charges etc. In the event that we encounter a reimbursable expense, you will be notified immediately. Our quoted rates consider one content page to be defined as 600 words of standard English text.

You provide us with existing advertising copy, product documentation, etc. we will ask you a number of questions about your business in general, and your products and services in particular. The resulting copy will be generated from your documentation, and our notes taken during the interview process. |

If you have existing copy that you think is appropriate for your website, but it is on paper rather than electronic media, we will convert your printed documents into electronic documents. We have technologies that enable us to extract the text even if it superimposd over an image, as is the case in many brochures. |

If you like, you may provide us with a rough draft of your content items. We will generate all consequent revisions of those documents and optimize them for the Web. |
