How It Works

We will guide you through the implementation process.  Here's how to get started.:

1. Fill out the simple form above. We will review your information and create an account for you in our system.
2. Browse through our template gallery and select your favorite template. Please make note of the template name. Your selected template will be used to give your website its own unique look and feel. Each template can be further customized with your own images if you desire.
3. Decide on the domain name that you want for your website. We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific domain name, but we will make every effort to fulfill your wishes.
4. Fill out the appropriate content form. We have one form for churches and another for other business/orgaizations. In the Website Content Form you will tell us your how you want the website to look, and what content items should be included.

We will send you an invoice for the setup fee, which is $80.00. Texas residents and organizations other than non-profits will be charged 8.25% sales tax. We accept checks, eChecks, Amazon Payments, PayPal, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. When your payment is received, we will begin work on your new website.

The $25.00 per month hosting and maintenance fee will not be charged to you until you accept the website as complete. If you have not accepted your website within 30 days after its completion, the website will be deleted from our system.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If, for any reason you are not fully satisfied, and request a refund within thirty days of the purchse date, we will refund all of your money. The purchase date is the date that Pro Epic receives your payment for the setup fee.

Domains

Pro Epic offers three options for your domain name:

1. If you already own your domain, we will work with you to direct it toward your new Fusion hosting account. The domain name, it's registration and maintenance are your sole responsibility. If you want to purchase your own domain, please visit http://Hosting.Pro-Epic.com.
2. If you do not own a domain and your preferred domain is available through Pro Epic Hosting, Pro Epic will purchase the domain and assign its use to your website for as long as you keep your account with us in good standing. There is no charge for this service. This offer applies to these top level domains: .COM, .NET, .INFO, .US, and .ORG. This offer does not apply to premium domains or domains owned by or offered through any third party. Pro Epic will retain all rights of ownership to the domain. If you terminate your account with Pro Epic you will have the option to purchase the domain at a fair market price.
3. If your preferred domain is not available, you may choose to assign a sub-domain to your Fusion Website. A subdomain will appear as something like yourbussiness.accu-net.com. We have a wide range of top level domains to choose from: ACCU-NET.COM, ACCU-NET.NET, ACCU-NET.ORG, GLORIFIC.COM, GLORIFIC.NET, GLORIFIC.ORG, MEGA-SERV.COM, MEGA-SERV.NET, MEGA-SERV.ORG, NET-HOP.COM, NET-HOP.NET, AND NET-HOP.ORG. There is no charge for the use of a sub-domain. All of the top level domains listed above and all of their sub-domains will remain the property of Pro Epic Technology Solutions.
